Seeking office manager to perform bookkeeping and payroll tasks for a small office with accounts payable and accounts receivable personnel.
Being this is a small office this position plays an integral roll in day-to-day operations of the company.
We have recently converted utilizing Foundation software for our accounting and payroll system.
Responsibilities:
Payroll including reporting of certified pay to associated agencies.
Paying and/or filing of various taxes including but not limited to payroll, sales, and unemployment taxes.
Trustee of 401k & profit-sharing plans Invoicing of new installation projects and maintain job files Reporting of workers comp claims and vehicular accidents Processing of bank deposits Renewal of trade and business licenses for company and employees Generate monthly financial statements Candidate requirements:
Familiarity with Foundation software beneficial but not required Basic accounting, tax & bookkeeping skills Proficient with Microsoft office Works well with others in a small office environment Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$80,000.
