Major
Responsibilities:
Leads Blending Techs in the production of safe quality blends while demonstrating the adherence of GMP policies and Food Safety and Food Defense Prerequisite Programs.
Proficiently executes the Pre-Weigh Process and Blending Process, while leading a small team.
Executes appropriate quality documentation to assure customer quality parameters are achieved.

Execution of Pre-Weigh Verification Sheets, Bill of Materials/Work Orders 3.
Participation in Food Safety & Food Defense Plans 4.
Perform Critical Control Point Checks prior to adding ingredients in the Blender 5.
Execute proper documents when Food Safety or Quality Concerns are discovered 6.
Performs proper sanitation on utensils and equipment and facilities utilized Qualifications Diploma/GED Knowledge and experience with GMP's, food safety programs (SQF, etc.
) and HACCP skills.
Must be able to lift 50
lbs.
