SUMMARY Serves as the primary liaison between Good Harvest's and its customers and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and positive relationships.
Maintains internal data collection, record-keeping, and reporting.
Supports recruitment of new meal sites, training of meal distribution staff and volunteers, and collects program applications and information needed for compliance with MSDE programs.
Gathers orders and delivery information, menu or meal count changes, and informs production staff.
Proactively addresses and resolves delivery, food service, or communication issues for customers.
Promotes a positive experience with Good Harvest.
PRIMARY DUTIES Ensures that customer needs are met and that they have a positive experience with Good Harvest.
Proactively gathers information as it relates to customers' orders, dates of service, delivery information and shares it with the production team within Good Harvest.
When a customer issue arises, independently determines the best course of action to resolve that issue.
Ensures that the customers are as satisfied as possible, and that staff are kept in the loop.
Develops and maintains positive relationships with new and existing customers through a variety of methods including phone calls, emails, site visits, etc.
Maintains internal and external data collection for Good Harvest including but not limited to meal count reports, internal Dashboard for record-keeping, and delivery information.
Work collaboratively with Good Harvest team to ensure and verify compliance for all federally funded meals program.
Work with the sales manager to recruit meal sites; organize pre-service training; collect programs' site applications and put that information into internal and external databases; conduct site reviews multiple times a year, and other duties as needed.
Flag major issues as they arise and make sure that they are resolved.
attend program trainings conducted by Maryland State Department of Education.
SECONDARY DUTIES Attend and participate in all staff meetings and professional development training.
Perform other duties as required or assigned by your supervisor.
Attend SVDP and SVDP Enterprises special events.

Vincent de Paul and SVDP Enterprises QUALIFICATIONS Associate's Degree, 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree, required.
2 years' experience in customer service role.
Proficient technology skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and data management systems.
Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Positive attitude, demeanor, and patience.
Cultural understanding, including the ability to relate in a courteous, comfortable, non-judgmental and non-patronizing manner with persons of all socio-economic and religious backgrounds Ability to work in a diverse team model setting.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
