We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team.
As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for consistently reaching out to existing and potential customers to get them to use Atlantic Transportation.
You will be responsible for developing the customer service operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, grow and lead the customer service department and future representatives by reaching out to existing customers and prospects, including:
Social media marketing including LinkedIn and Constant Contact Phone conversations (100 per day) E-mail correspondence - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train and onboard new customer service staff - Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed - Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, management or a similar role - Strong interviewing, hiring, and training skills - Excellent administrative and organizational abilities - Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively - Experience in retail sales - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism - Strong math skills for handling financial transactions accurately - Proven track record of driving sales through exceptional customer service If you are a dedicated leader with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.
