Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant.
The Personal Assistant will provide administrative support to the executive team and assist with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Duties:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Assist with project coordination, including tracking progress and deadlines - Act as a personal assistant, handling correspondence, managing emails, and organizing documents - Utilize software such as Outlook Calendar and DocuSign for efficient communication and document management - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - File and organize documents in both physical and digital formats - Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance requests - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person - Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed - Transcribe meeting notes and other important documents
Experience:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with office management procedures and phone systems - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed Job Type:
