Key Responsibilities?You will be calling potential customers to let them know how Twill can make shipping simple for them and invite them to start booking with Twill.
You will enable a wow-experience for our customers by guiding them through the booking process (from account creation to quote sharing)
You will explore the market searching for new leads and customers, via multiple channels (i.e. online, phone calls)
You will lease with Twill Customer Care Ninjas and Twill Pricing Team to make sure customers get a great service, always.
You will actively support the Sales Crew (i.e. booking appointments, preparing quotes, creating new accounts) in building a strong pipeline and an even stronger conversion ratio therein
You will keep updated the data in our CRM and tracking tools
Who we are looking forWe are looking for individuals who see the positive difference Twill make to our freight forwarding customers and will help us bringing this opportunity to as many of them as possible, fast.
You are looking for a fresh start with a great offering to prove yourself.
You have used several tools and channels to communicate with customers and you feel comfortable with them..
You can sell in the market you are interested and you feel comfortable communicating in English.
Your experience on freight forwarding or shipping is a big plus, otherwise we will teach the new simple way of doing it.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
