Key Responsibilities?You will be responsible to acquire and retain new customers for Twill. Twill new customers can be current Damco customers or non-Damco customers that need a simpler shipping experience.
You will master Twill customer front-end to be able to guide customers through the onboarding and booking process.
You will identify and qualify leads from internal and external sources with the support of insides sales, marketing and Twill HQ.
You will lease with Customer Care and Pricing teams to make sure customers get a great service, always.
You will maintain key stakeholders updated on pipeline and results through Damco CRM and weekly touch points.
You will gather, classify and communicate to Twill HQ unsatisfied customers' needs.
You will provide input to the design of Twill Go-to-market strategy and tactics in the local market and globally.
Who we are looking forWe are looking for a person who sees the positive difference Twill make to our freight forwarding customers and will help us bringing this opportunity to as many them as possible, fast.
Experience
You have over 2 years of selling experience of freight forwarding services.
You have a proven record of targeting, pursuing and winning clients.
You have experience identify customer's pain points and building a value argumentation based on them.
You are fluent (native spoken & written) in English.
Desired/not required:
You have experienced selling new products to current customers.
You have experience selling services based on technology.
Personality:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
